The Pure Evil Villains wiki serves as a database on the most evil of fictional characters, those who have committed crimes unspeakable, and they are beyond redemption, with nothing legitimately positive as a trait to their character.
Notice: We are gonna be a community that is free for all to be open, but this is gonna be a very discussion-heavy community, so it is important for users to act civilly. Also, considering we are talking about really heinous villains, there will be certain horrible crimes shed to light, if you can't handle it, don't join, and very important to not get desensitized to such crimes. At the end, we are still purely looking at a fictional lens.
